Stage 1 (Booking):

• Choose Act
• Give info for contract (Official date, official venue address, home/business address, main contact number and main email address)
• Sign & return contract
• Pay 50% deposit via Invoice
• Confirmation email of booking

Stage 2  (A month before event):

• Arrange site visit (optional)
• Confirm details of the event (parking, load in, band set up, Room for band, dietary requirements, repertoire song choices, timings/running order of the day, playlist music if no DJ hired, and Contact on the day details)
• Final 50% Balance paid via Invoice

Stage 3 (The Day of the event):

• Meet with Event organiser or Contact on the day (Best person to help arrange everything for the band)
  Load in area (Find best place to unload equipment)
• Parking area (Find out where the band can park)
• Band set up area (Find out where the band will set up)
• Room for Band (Find out Room where the band will occupy)
• Set up & Sound check (Band will set up & do a sound check)
• Food (Find out what time food will arrive for the band in the Room occupied)
• Performance (Band will perform to the agreed timings)
• Load out (Once finished the band will load out discreetly)
